To access certain features of Stackron Academy, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course:

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials
• Course access is provided for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share, distribute, or resell course materials or access credentials
• Lifetime access to course materials is subject to platform availability and may be revoked in cases of Terms violation

5. Payment Terms

All course fees are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or other specified currencies. Payment must be made in full before course access is granted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time. Enrolled students will not be affected by price changes after enrollment.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment. Refunds are granted at our discretion and are subject to review. No refunds will be issued after course materials have been substantially accessed or after the 7-day window has passed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code samples, projects, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Stackron Academy or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any course materials without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or instructors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Share login credentials or facilitate unauthorized access
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

9. Limitation of Liability

Stackron Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
